Looking for the heart rate chart for my Blaze

I bought the Blaze after reading about someone who had heart issues and the ER was able to see a chart of his heart rate through his phone. Where do I find that information for my Blaze? Otherwise it will be going back.

@pumpkinpie1997  From the mobil app, if you click on the heart rate tile, you can then choose a day and expand the graph to view the data.
