I am in Australia, and I got my blaze today .
But the watch screen always be a logo turned on and off from time to time even if charging or pairing.
I couldn't see any words or number on the screen and restarting not working.
Anyone can help me or I will back to the store to get help?
Thanks

Yes, this is because the Blaze needs to receive an update before it changes its screen. You need to complete the setup process with your phone or computer to allow this update to happen.

First is the Blaze connected to your accoint? Or maybe i should ask if you see the Blaze listed on the dashboard.

Normally when charging  a battery icon will show, but if the Blaze is low, mine showed the Fitbit  logo.

Does the Blaze show www.fitbit.com/setup?  If so then it will not show anything else when charging,  and it needs to be setup.

It is a large one.
It doesn't show"www.fitbit.com/setup" just a logo and off on a few seconds.

It didn't connect to my accounts coz my phone could find it .

@Tt0118 you must connect the Blaze to the phone from within the app and run the setup that.

I suggest removing the pairing from the phone and running the "add new device" from within the app

@Tt0118 A warm welcome to the Community! The reason why you're seeing just the Fitbit Log in your tracker is because it hasn't been set up to your Fitbit account. Once  you set up your tracker to your Dashboard, you'll be able to see all the features it has.

Please make sure that you've done this set up procedure

Holding the left and lowerright buttons did not restart your Blaze?

As for charging yes it did, when the display says www.fitbit.com/setup then there is no icon displayed to show that it is charging.
