Something happened to my FitBit last week. It felt as though it heated up while exercising. I noticed after this that the green lights on the back were constant and not blinking. Additionally, when fully charged it only lasts 5 Hours Mac and does not detect a heart rate. I’ve tried resetting it without any success. Any suggestions?

My blaze is doing the same thing, except my lights are flashing normally. Doesn't hold charge long. No heart rate detected, just shows 70. Tried turning off and on and  also the hard reset. Still same problem. Been going on 3 days now. Got it as a gift Christmas 2016. No receipt
