Losing steps, app restets device to 538 steps

today I walked about 3300 steps. Went to sync and instead of updating the dashboard from device, the dashboard updates the tracker back to 538 steps from the last sync. 

Deleted app, restarted phone, downloaded app. Same issue back to 538 when syncing.
