Losing steps

Today I took my Blaze out of the charger and had it on me for a workout at the gym in the morning and the walk to work. As soon as it synchronizes to my iPhone it wipes all steps and exercises.

 

I entered them both manually and they stay even when I synchronize. Anything recorded by the Blaze and not entered manuallt by me still dissapears though. Any tips?

 

I have already tried to restart the Blaze and app, and checked my timezone. Thanks in advance 🙂

Huh, that sounds pretty odd @livlina. Since you've already tried to restart your tracker and your phone, I can suggest probably setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

 

Let me know if after this you're still having problems with your exercises and steps disappearing.
