I synced my watch and now my steps disappeared. Can I recover them?

A warm welcome to the Community @Panda23.

Can you please tell me if you are manually logging the activities walk or run? If you are, I recommend deleting them as logging these activities might take away some of your information. If you are not logging these activities, I would like to know if you are constantly syncing your tracker, did you stop wearing it or you use daily?

Now regarding to your question, if you have 0 information in your Dashboard, you can manually log the activity "Walk" to register some steps. To manually log this activity, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" or shows how many days you've worked out this week.
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Log.
  4. Tap a recent activity or search for an exercise type.
  5. Adjust the activity details and tap Add.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
