Lost a whole mile!

I know Fitbits are not 100% but having enjoyed my Fitbit Charge I decided to upgrade to a Blaze.

BUT today my Blaze has recorded a walk of 3.37 miles in 1 hr 23 whereas a mapping programme says it is 4.38 miles.

I have put in my own stride length.

Thanks in advance

Hi, @Ratherbeinbed, are you using the iOS app?  There seems to be a bug at the moment affecting distance logging for exercises on this app.  Please see this post.  You may want to comment there and follow it to make sure you get any updates.

Well, if no GPS, then the Blaze computes your mileage by multiplying steps X stride length.  So either it is not counting all your steps, or your stride length is wrong.
