Lost days

Any one else have the problems of whole days not being counted towards days of weekly exercise ? Tuesday's stats will not post towards my weekly goal

I'm sorry to hear that your stats are not being counted correctly. I'd just like to make sure... none of your information for a specific day is showing up on your dashboard but other days are or how is it exactly happening?

 

Is there a chance you can attach a screenshot of how it looks?

 

In the meantime, I can recommend probably logging out of your account and logging back in with the same email address and password. Once you've done this, try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
