Lost history on Fitbit after clocks change

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I went to sync my Fitbit at the gym this morning & it asked me to log in. I hadn’t logged it out but on doing so all of my history is gone, it’s as if I’ve just got a new device. The clocks changed last night, went back an hour. Also noticed sleep logged had not taken into account the extra hour. Is this a general issue or just my device?

I don't remember how sleep and the time change works, but your data is safely in your account on http://www.fitbit.com. <<==click here.

When you went fitbit.com did you see your history?

Hello

No, the history has gone from my account completely regardless of where I am viewing it - online or on phone app. And I’ve also received weekly email of progress and this has logged only 2 days.

Im certain sure this is to do with the clocks changing as it was fine up to then.

Not happy though as I monitor my workouts and compare week to week.

Make sure that your logged in with the same email your weekly report was sent to.. Check the header.

Those 2 days will be showing up in the history of you are.

Really good point which helped me get to the bottom of this. It would seem that I have 2 accounts but the same email connected. The account with the history is where I logged in via Facebook (& the one I’m on now). Because my app had logged out for some reason I logged in & it accepted my login but turns out that wasn’t the one that my Fitbit app had been connect to. Not sure how I logged into app with my Facebook account as I cannot see an option to do this (or is there?) yet you can online. I have emailed customer support but if anyone has any ideas or had similar would be grateful to hear.
