Hi there @donnamaybullock. Good to see you around! 😄

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to see your weight loss achievements 😕

Where is it that you normally check them? How many did you have? I can recommend going to https://www.fitbit.com/badges/all and here you will be able to see all your step, distance, floors and weight achievements. You can see if they are showing up here.

If not, let me know so I can take a deeper look. Anything else, I'm here to help!

Same happened to me, I tried to set a new goal weight and everything disappeared.  It is like it started over that day.  It also took that day as my new starting weight too so it doesn't give me credit for all the wight I lost

Same thing just happened to me! I'm so mad! I just wanted to change my goal weight to a little lower. I didn't want it to start over and start tracking from today! I want to still get my next badge which would be my 75lbs lost badge. If I get another 5lb badge I'll be so angry!

Ferdinand, I'm sure she checks her badges under her badge collection in the app like we all do. The problem is if you change your goal weight, it changes your starting weight to today! I don't want that! I want to keep my original start date of 3/11 so I can still get my 75lbs lost badge. It looks like because I wanted to lower my weight loss goal weight it reset all of it. I can still see my badges and my weigh-ins listed but I better not get another 5lb badge when I should be getting my 75lb badge!! I'm so angry right now. If that happens, is there a way to just go back to what I had before I changed my goal weight???

I would like mine back too! Not a cool way to set Fitbit up!  I would like my 50+ loss to show from the day I started. I want it back!

Hi there @Mudcrutch! Good to see you in the Community!

Have you recently changed your weight goal? Whenever you change your weight goal, it will all reset. This means wthat you will start over and lifetime badges will remain but badges for that specific goal will start over again.

If you have any other question, let me know!

Um, yes, WE HAVE NOTICED THAT! That's why we are upset. Why the HELL would it completely reset if all we are doing is resetting our goal?!?! That doesn't make any sense! Now I could understand if you wanted to set up a completely NEW weightloss goal and needing to choose a new start date! This is just stupid. I haven't used my Fitbit since. I'm so pissed.

How can I lose this amount of weight 29 times?
It's not even registering 55 pounds.

It would also be nice if there was a different colored dot or circle on the chart indicating every time we reach each goal.  I too have been setting 10 lb goals.  Each time I reach a goal I set another 10 lb goal, which wipes away the logs of my successes.  Very frustrating to feel like you've accomplished nothing, when you know you did.  I've lost over 70 lbs and have many more small goals to go before reaching my major goal.  It would be nice to see my 7 successes on the chart.

I'm disgusted that it resets when set a new goal, it's so disheartening not to see your overall loss when you look at the dashboard. This needs remedying, very very poor from Fitbit!!!!!

I see this thread is a couple of years old.  Have Fitbit advised of a workaround for this yet?  I updated my goal and have lost previous weight loss on the dashboard.  I know the data is still there, but would like it reflected on the dashboard.

Thanks.

Sue.
