Lost proof of purchase

Hi

 

my mums blaze isn’t working but she is unable to find proof of purchase. 

 

Is there anything she can do?

If she's having problems with her Blaze but doesn't have a proof of purchase, have her get in touch with the Support Team (click here) and explain she doesn't have the proof of purchase and they will check the warranty based on the pairing date.
