For the past couple of weeks, there have been a few times when I synced my FitBit to my phone, my step count will go down around 1000 steps. It happened again today. I was around 8200 on my Blaze and when I synced, it went down to 7900. Any idea why? I saw some people had a problem with timezones but everything is correct in my settings.
Thanks!
Sam

Hey there @KnittedZombie! This is pretty weird. This kind of issue happens could happen for the following reasons:
- Using more than one device at the same time
- Manually logging an activity after using your Blaze
Also, I would like you to double check your Dashboard to see if you're still seeing the information that you got on 1/3/17. Are you losing steps in your Blaze or just in your Dashboard?
Keep me posted.

I have only one device and I have never manually entered steps. I'm losing them on the dashboard and my Blaze.
Thanks.
