If I'm not wrong, you're saying that your tracker's battery is low and that on the app, you're seeing also that the battery is low, is that correct?
If so, are you having problems getting your Blaze to charge? What is exactly going on? Have you tried to put it to charge? What happens when you do this?
If you could please provide with as much detail as possible of what is happening, I'll appreciate it a lot and I'll be happy to help you out!

Hi I charged my Blaze today and it lasted 2hrs I might have to buy a new battery
