Low calorie burn synced to and shown on Blaze

Hi everyone. I notice that my Blaze shows really low calorie burn even when I workout daily. I do high intensity workouts everyday and I run at least 3km. An example is - Blaze only shows I burn 245 cals when I run 5km non-stop.

As another example, I did an hour of intense spinning session and was wearing both my Blaze and a Polar heart rate monitor strap. Blaze shows I only burn 300 cals  and Polar shows 750 cals.

My personal information is entered correctly (female, 27 years old, height: 154cm and weiht: 40.5kg). I am also wearing the Blaze properly.

Why is this happening? It is frustrating as I am not able to calculate my food intake accurately.

It's great to see you here @Ccct92. Can you please tell me how are you logging your activities? Where are you seeing this information, have you compare it with two devices or are you only seeing this on your Fitbit app? Can you please provide me with a screenshot?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I log by selecting the activity on my Blaze. I burn way much on a Polar than I do on my Blaze. IMG_0436.PNG

As you can see, I run 4km and have onul burned 191 cals. And as mentioned in my first post, Polar heart rate monitor strap shows that I burn 750 cals (Blaze only shows 300 cals) when I do an hour of intense spinning class.

Why is there such a big discrepancy?
