Hey there,
I'm in need of some help before my Blaze gets smashed to bits with a hammer!
My Fitbit has been working perfectly until the other day, when it decided to randomly reboot itself and become stuck on the logo screen and was unresponsive to anything that I tried to do. I.e. Sync, charge, etc. It would not do anything. I basically had to wait for the battery to run out to break the cycle. But anyway... I got it back up and running and I thought YAY! But now I'm missing options on the main menu!
I have the clock face but when I when swipe left I only have Today, Fitstar, Timer, Alarms and Settings. I don't have anymore the main options Exercise or Relax. I've tried removing and adding the exercise shortcuts on the PC app to see if it brings back the main Exercise menu on the front screen, I've tried removing the device and adding it back like a new device but it still wont give me back the main menu options for Exercise or Relax. Which means I cant choose any workout option like Run, Walk, etc as the main menu option is not there. I've reset the watch. I've pretty much tried everything. Any help would be appreciated? Many thanks.

Hi, @ck80, usually this sort of issue is solved by following the restart procedure. I see you mention that you have already tried that.
I would suggest repeating the restart two or three times more and then syncing your Blaze. If that doesn't sort it out, then I think it is time to get in touch with Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com .

Thank you @Julia_G for responding. Unfortunately I've exhausted these options and still have the same issue. I am thinking that customer services are my only hope. It must be a strange bug that has developed in the firmware/software that has either disabled the main menu options or have some how been removed completely.
