Major Failure on a branded new Blaze - Buttons and screen.

I wanted the Blaze for over a month, My parents brought me one as a present Yesterday.

Inicially It was really hard to switch it on, since the buttons didn't respond nither the screen.

Finally I've managed to sincronize my Blaze while it was charging in its charging dock.

I was able also to actualize its software. 

 

The problem is that every time I took it of from the charger, the device does not respond to any button or touch on the screen. 

 

I've checked several times the position on the devices and also tryed to restarted without any response (no vibration or any change in its screen) from my blaze.

 

Does anyone know the solution?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
