Does the Blaze have a manual lap function for interval training? This is the only way I will come back to Fitbit. It should have built in GPS as well, but it looks like that is a feature that has been omitted.
I have no problem paying more for a fitness/activity tracker that has truly useful features. Please, Fitbit, consider inclusion of a Lap function, on-board GPS and even configurable data screens in your next offering (I will pay more for them), or at the very least, redesign the Surge so the square watch doesn't catch on sleeves, etc. Perhaps even a feminine colored watch band or two...

@goldenpomca @Rich_Laue There's no interval training on the Blaze; many of the features you'll see on the Surge will be on the phone with Blaze. As you may be aware, GPS and run cues will happen on your phone, but lap function isn't on there.
Hope this answers your question. As always, we're taking all feedback into consideration.

I'm not positive about the Blaze but since the Surge has this ability, it would think the Blaze would also.

Thanks for the info, Emerson. Sadly, I will have to remain a Garmin user until such time that Fitbit brings out a device that will do everything a Garmin can do and not be a clunky square design that gets hung up on every sleeved top I own and looks like it was pretty much designed only for men.

Understandable. Thanks, @goldenpomca, for your feedback. We're always taking user commentary and specific suggestions into consideration as well, so we'd recommend joining the conversation elsewhere. Hopefully we're able to get some more exercise specific features in our next devices.

Hey there @shannoniriel. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂
Right now, the lap mode feature is not available on the Fitbit Blaze. I'd recommend going to the Feature request board to see if there is already an idea for this and in the case there is not, you can definitely create your own for other users with the same suggestion to vote fore it and possibly see this implemented in the future. You may check the Feature Request board by clicking here.

This should go lower than just 1 mile. Specifically for those doing track work, being able to track quarter miles is essential.

Coming from a Garmin Forerunner that had a lap function button, this has turned out to be a big let down. It would seem that since the auto 1mi lap function is already in place, it shouldn't be too much of a leap to manual lap capability.
