I am trying to log my aquafitness (turbo class) but the water aerobics only logs it as 158 calories burning exercize while I know for a fact that my heart rate is way higher than what it stipulates in the app. I wear a heart monitor because of heart disease and therefore my heart rate is well over 120bps. How can I manually change this set-up?

Hi there @Heln! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I assume that you're manually logging this activity. When it comes to manually logged activities, you can enter the amount of calories that you know for fact you burned during the activity. Since this is optional, if you leave it blank, your dashboard will calculate the amount of calories you burned but may not be as accurate as you were not waring your tracker at the moment but if you know the amount of calories burned, you can add them in the specified field as you can see below:
For getting to this part, on your computer, click on the "log" tap at the top and then click on activities. Scroll down to "Log activities" and type in the word Water Aerobics.
For doing this on your phone, tap on the plus sign at the bottom center of your screen, tap Track Exercise, tap on the Log tab and type in the word Water aerobics and in the amount for the calories, change it to your own number as you can see below:
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

Maybe you would change it by setting your height, weight, gender, and age.
Ok i assume you have these set correctly. You see Fitbit assumes that every user is considered to be average in build and calories burnt, when in reality there most likely is no such individual that is average.
Your best bet is to set it manually

I totally agree with @Rich_Laue.
For manually logged activities, you can not really change the way they measure the calories you burn for that specific activity so it's safe to follow his advise to enter the calories manually.
Any other question. let us know! 🙂

Hi @Heln, thanks for getting back!
I'm not sure if I understand your question but just to be sure, you can not manually log activities on your Blaze tracker. It has to be done through the Fitbit app or the online dashboard. For doing it from the app, tap on the Exercise tile. Tap on the stop watch at the top right corner and here you will see two tabs, one for Track and one for Log. Tap on the Log tab and here type in the name of the activity and once you select it, change the values manually as you can see below:

Ok, I get it @Heln.
You will not be able to manually edit an existing activity automatically recorded by your tracker because you can not wear your tracker to the pool so in this situation yes, the only way to keep a record for this is to manually log the activity with the procedure I explanied above and manually adjusting the values.
Any other questions you may have, let us know!
