Message notifications on Blaze and screen not responding to swipes or taps

Notifications screen shows as "on" but indicates "not connected".

My screen does not easily respond to either swipes or taps.

have already restarted my Blaze and this did not solve the issue

A warm welcome to the Community @beth2. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you are, I recommend restarting the tracker a couple of times more. Also, could you tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the correct troubleshoot regarding your notifications? In the meantime, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device.
