Mileage for bike not being recorded

Hi All

I have had a Blaze since November which has always registered the mileage I do on my bike until recently on either my iPad or iPhone. I have checked the settings on both which shows gps is on, but still not able to show the mileage. Can anyone assist?

 Ate you using the Multitract Bike mode, and does the Blaze show being connected? Or are you depending on the tracker to detect yoir bike ride?

Thank you for responding. My Blaze does not appear to have a multi.... and so I assume I am relying on the tracker.

You can have up to seven out if I believe 18 events, all you need to do is customize your list. Http://help.fitbit.com/?q=multisport 

Yes this bike mode needs to be manually started for GPS and the map to show.
