I have been having problems with my Blaze syncing with my phone (Sony Xperia)
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my Blaze, fully charged both, and still seem to be having issues. Looked in the settings menu on my fitbit and the Bluetooth option has disappeared. Usually it shows off or pair. Blaze is less than a year old so not very impressed.
Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the Bluetooth option no showing up on your Blaze settings.
In my particular case, sine I use an iOS device for syncing with my tracker, the Bluetooth option doesn't show up because it connects directly to the phone. Now, in your situation, since you're using an Android device, it should show up without any problem.
I can recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. First of all, restart it again by going to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and here, select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and you should be able to see the Bluetooth option on your Blaze afterwards.
