Missing Heart Rate Data

I checked my Blaze dashboard this morning and found a gap in my recorded heart rate data,between 4am  - 5am is blank.This has never happened before,just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what could cause this? Many Thanks.

Hey there @cav17! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community!

 

I'm not really sure what could have caused this but this sounds to be a one time glitch and shouldn't happen again.

 

I can recommend just to be safe, to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons on your Blaze for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, keep an eye on it and let us know if this keeps happening.
