Missing NYC Trail badges

Is anyone else having problems with trail badges not coming through, or if they are repeats the date not updating????

 

Ive done lots of trails on repeat and no date change since september.  Ive got the treasure badges lots of times and not updated since mid october.

 

today I finished the NYC 26.2 mile for the first time and no badge??  it confirmed I completed it but just not come through in account.  I know this is also happening to lots of other people Im in fitbit challenges with.

Yes, I'm waiting for the NYC Marathon badge since several weeks.

If your information is not updating and you are not receiving the badges, I recommend contacting directly our support team since they have the proper tools to see this information.
