Mobile Track not syncing

I walked 3.55 miles this morning and it shows as (not synced) in my dashboard. My overall miles for the day show 3.11. Be synced, logged out, closed the app, restarted my phone and can't get it to sync. Any ideas?

First question where you using the Mobile GPS tracking, and started out on the phone, or did you use the connected GPS and started your tracking with the Blaze.

You say you restarted the phone, but have you reset off the Blaze? Sometimes shutting the Blaze diwn through its settings menu, then turning on is enough.

@Rich_Laue I started out on my phone using the tracking option. Normally when I sync, it connects my steps with the map. Today it's showing as two entries, one is a walk and the other shows the 3.55 miles with the map but it's not syncing. I restarted the Blaze on the tracker/settings and still nothing. It's odd.

So the mobile track with its map synced find, the problem is getting the data on the Blaze to Fitbit.

This is simply a case of the Blaze not syncing, so let's do a hard reset, or go to the Blaze settings menu, and perform a Shutdown.

Try tuning the phones BT off/on.

If this doesn't work then restart the phone, or shut it completly off.

Keep me informed.

@Rich_Laue so it finally synced last night on its own but it happened again today. I've done a hard reset, turned off/on BT and restarted my phone and still nothing. It has my walks showing up as two entries and then there's a third entry of the mapped walk. It's not connecting all three. I used the Mobile Run on my phone to track my walk because connected GPS on my Blaze gives me a distorted map and my distance is always off about a mile.
