Multiple issues w/Blaze - no heart rate lights, no charging, no active mins

I received a new Blaze at the end of May for a bday gift. It's been working great until yesterday. It needed a charge, so I charged an hour + (to full) and when I removed it from the dongle, it began having problems. I reset it, however, the lights/heart rate monitor no longer stay on (even when I changed the tracking setting from auto to "on"). It will not track my active minutes nor will it track exercises. It DID track my steps all day. The screen is frozen on the clock w/the only way of getting to the other screens is to reset the device. Additionally, by the end of the day, I could see that the battery level was red again (usually lasts 4-5 days), so I placed the device in the charger over night. This morning, the device had no charge at all (no battery appears on the face when placed into the charger). I attempted to charge it via both an electrical outlet and plugged into my PC - no luck either way. Help!

Hi there @DebofOly. Welcome to the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having all these problems with your new Blaze. What you describe is totally not something that your tracker should be doing. For that reason and since you've already tried to restart it multiple times, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team. They will be happy to take a deeper look into it and get you back on track.

Let me know if you need more help with this!

Thanks Ferdin!  I've had multiple devices and have some experience troubleshooting issues...but ran out of options. Interestingly enough, I wore the tracker as I was out on a walk this am, and it tracked my steps and (more importantly - and new) my activity. The lights appear on the back now. The battery is very low though and charging doesn't look like it's working though.  I'll reach out to support, per your suggestion.  Thanks!
