Multiple issues with blaze

I am having several issues with my Blaze.  It hasn't synced since Thursday.  The clock is 4 hours 7 minutes slow.  This was fine until I charged my battery yesterday.  I have tried to reset the Blaze and that does not appear to be working.  I followed the steps that said to push the back button and the bottom right button and the only screen that it changed to was the messaging all caught up screen.  I also assume the reset did not work because the clock is still messed up and it has still not synced.  I can't get it to sync from my computer using the dongle or the phone.  Any suggestions?

Actually it looks like you have one issue, the lack of the Blaze to sync. The time is off because the unit hasn't synces.
Holding down both the left and lower right button for 12 seconds and seeing the Fitbit logo would mean a successful restart. The other type of restart you can do is through the settings screen on the Blaze, scroll to the bottom amd shutdown.
As for the time, this will not be reset until a succesful sync, which is the only way ro reset the clock.

My experience lately all syncing problems have been caused bybthe phone, usually turning off/on Bluetooth., killing the app, or a restart of the phone has fixed it.
