Hi,
I understand that when Fitbit calculates how many kilo-calories you have burned throughout the day it takes into account your BMR (which is based on your height, weight, age and gender) and your activity (based on your heart rate). Then again the more muscle mass you have, the more you burn. My question is that does Fitbit have some default muscle mass in the system or can I basically "add" some additional kilo-calories to the amount showed in the app?
