Music Controls has stopped: Fitbit blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I used to have music controls via Fitbit blaze. Now the music control screens says "Connecting...Loading music" but nothing happens

I had tried pairing/un-pairing, power off and on.

I use a MotoG4 plus and use the default google music player. I had installed AirtelWync, but have uninstalled it

Any suggestions to get this back to work is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @bimal_india. Good to see you around! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with the music control feature not working as it should on your tracker. Something I can recommend would be to remove your Blaze from the bluetooth devices on your phone. For this go to the bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on the Blaze. Then tap on the option that says "Forget this device". Then go to the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of your Blaze at the top left corner and go down to "Notifications". Enable them again and then get your tracker to sync. Try to play music on your phone and see if the Music Control now works.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello!
I have been using a Blaze for two years. After i got an android phone (Motorola) I had synced and used to control music. One fine day, the music control stops. Whenever i try to control the music, it shows:

"Connecting...", "Loading  Music" in a flickering manner.

I have tried updating the software, sync the device again (re-registering), restarting etc. Nothing worked.

You guys are experts out here, could someone please help me, Thanks!
