@Tiffany0127 yes you would need to download the fitbit app, since with iOS it does not use the Blaze Classic to control music.
Another thing to be aware of is that if your phone is nearby when trying to setup or control the music, you will need to disconnect the phone.. This is because a Bluetooth receiver can not connect to two Bluetooth servers at the same time. You will also have to disconnect from the iPod before going back to the phone.
The easiest thing to do is turn off Bluetooth, once it has connected up to the wanted device Bluetooth can be turned back on.
