My Blaze Constantly Diplays Old Text Messages

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My Fitbit Blaze constantly displays my messages. I can go back to the watch screen and it'll flip back to the messages on its own, even when I'm not receiving texts or calls. I think that's what is draining my battery so quickly. Is there a way to stop this? Or will I need to consider it dead after only 4 months? I haven't showered or bathed with it, either. So I don't think it could be water damaged, unless we aren't supposed to SWEAT with it on....? Please help me. Mahalo!

I haven't deleted them, I will now, but it's just old messages that pop up and it even seems to scroll down... It's weird. And the other screen pops up too. The one with the notification option/music controls. I don't know why..

@808EmGeeDub  I would try deleting the "old" messages, and even restarting your Blaze.

Perhaps that will help~

Okay. @Kmransom123 I've done that. And it's still popping up and I even turned off the "quick view" but when I look at the Blaze, it's either displaying the time or the control screen. It's frustrating.

Welcome to the Community @808EmGeeDub@Rich_Laue and @Kmransom123 thanks for stopping by and the recommendations provided. Woman Happy I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker, turning off and on this feature by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Tap the tracker's tile

2. Tap Notifications

3. Turn them off

After this, follow steps 1 and 2 but to turn them up.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
