My Blaze Isn't Syncing to my Galaxy S8 Even After Recognized

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze stopped syncing to my S8 2 days ago.  I tried turning my phone bluetooth on and off, resetting my Blaze both by shutdown and pressing left button with bottom right button, un-installing and re-installing my app, and finally un-paired my device. Now I can't get it to re-pair with my phone, even though I get the pop up that says device has been recognized, it freezes up/times out after that.  Help please!

mine did this too. if you reset the Bluetooth and also deleted and redownloaded the app, you may need a replacement? mine would not connect what so ever (but I had another one that would...) so I emailed fitbit and they helped me out.

@FitatForty1977

Let's see what may help

Restart Blaze

Restart Phone

Remove blaze from the phones Bluetooth menu .

There are more things that could be suggested but not knowing what type of phone the problem is with .im not sure what to add.

In andrid

Swipe unneeded apps out of memory

Clear the Fitbit apps cache

Clear Bluetooth cache

Kill and restart the Fitbit app. Swipeing out of memory does not kill the app.

As for removing the device from your account. we have to fix the no sync communication problem before we will be able to set it up. Removing a device from the fitbit account will never fix a no sync issue .You are only telling Fitbit ."iIdontdowant to use the tracker".
