My Blaze Thinks I Only Burned 90 Calories in Pop Physique

I mean...for anyone has taken that class, that just can't be right.  Additionally, I've been sitting at my dining room table, staring into space, and looked down at my tracker and it says I'm in the fat burning zone.

So I assume it both wildly over and wildly underestimates calorie burning activities?

It's great to see you around @IngridHeather. Can you please tell me how are you logging this activity and how active it is? Keep in mind that at the moment of logging an activity you have the option to enter the calories that you burned during that activity (see attachment).

I'm just asking the Blaze to track the workout as a workout with the start
and stop functions. Just like you can track spinning or running.

It's like a bar class - I'm willing to believe that I don't burn as many as
I do spinning. But I could burn 90 calories sitting at my desk.

Actually @IngridHeather, there's a workout option in the exercise shortcuts. If you don't have it, you can add it by doing the following from a computer:

1. Click the gear icon
2. Click Blaze
3. Scroll down to exercise shortcuts
4. Click edit
5. Select the ones you prefer
6. Click Save
7. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
