My Blaze and the Mobile App

Just in the last few days, My Blaze and the Mobile App wont show my active minutes for some reason.  Do I need to reset My Blaze?

Since there isn't a reset door the Blaze I would say no to that @Jimdm, there is a restart process and a shutdown.
