My Blaze battery will not charge.

My Blaze which I bought 3/26/16 will not charge. I tried all the troubleshooting fixes.

Screen is black. Two little green lights on the back are still flashing.

Could you please be more specific about the steps you have tried so far? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I cleaned the back of the Blaze and I cleaned the charger also with alcohol and soft toothbrush and dried. I moved the charger from a wall outlet and plugged it into my computer. It will not charge. It stays black. So there is no way to do a restart since pushing the buttons does nothing. It still is tracking my steps when I open my app on my phone the steps show up. It will be 2 years old in March. Which people are now telling me I’m lucky it lasted this long. Disappointed!
