My Blaze doesn’t connect to ant device and holds charge only for half a day

Mt Blaze does t hold charge for more than half a day even when it has. Even fully charged. I tried different hubs to charge and have cleaned the charger and Fitbit. But it also doesn’t connect to any device like my iPad and iPhone.

Thank you for the information provided regarding battery of your Blaze that is draining too fast. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

 

In addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed hereHow do I restart my Fitbit device? This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.  

 

Regarding the device that is not syncing or connecting to your phone, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
