My Blaze doesn't log sleep stages or track sleep

My Blaze isn't logging my sleep or sleep patterns. Half the time I have to log them manually. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @Vickielu! I would like you to restart your Blaze and make sure you have the latest firmware version which is 17.8.401.3. In order to have the sleep stages in your account you need to have at least 90 minutes of sleep. You can learn more about it by checking What should I know about sleep stages?

 

- How many times your Blaze hasn't tracked your sleep?

- When does this started happening?

- Are you noticing anything different the days that your sleep isn't being tracked?

I did as you asked and rebooted my Blaze and it still did not log any
sleep when I synced it this morning. When it doesn't do that, I have
been putting the information in manually and then it does log the
sleep, restlessness and awake times, but it doesn't log any sleep
patterns at all. One person told me that putting the information in
manually is interfering with the tracker.
