So over the weekend, my Blaze's screen got cracked by accident while at work. I emailed the FitBit support about this and sent a photo in with the damage. Apparently, they won't replace it since it isn't under their normal warranty. They sent me a link for a discount, but I just want it replaced with a new one. Is there a way I can get this because I don't want to spend more money on a new one, when this should be automatically replaced.

I've never heard of anyone managing to replace a screen. Fitbits seem to be notoriously difficult to repair and are normally just replaced, whatever the issue, when covered by warranty.
What warranty do you have if it's not the normal one?
