Screen frozen on a message saying clock face error and can't reset fitbit.
Also have had continual problems with not been able to sync with my Android phone. Ive only had this Fitbit for week and have had syncing issues always. Appreciate any advice.

It's great to have you here @Wilko1107! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. This clock error message should remove once you restart it and change the clock face to another one.
Regarding your Blaze not syncing with your Android, please try this syncing troubleshoot and confirm you're using a compatible device.
