I find it to be very responsive, I like having all the stats on the
fitbit. The only thing that it is missing is the Active Mins. I had the
Surge for a while and it's an upgraded color version of that.

I guess I did nto catch that active minutes was not on the blaze, that is a bummer.  Do you still see that on your app when you sync?

Yes - you can see active minutes in the App itself.

Bought another Blaze and leather band on 2/26. It is already shipped today and delivery on Monday 2/29. Now that is fast!

Which size and color extra band?  I preordered the large black and a large Camel Leather band on 1/15 and they are showing that the blaze will be to me on Wednesday (tracking already provided), but it said the leather band will not get here until end of March.

I can live with that, thanks for reply!  NOw I hope they do an update to remove/allow customization of stats on the display, I really just want steps and HR, maybe stairs.

But the point of the blaze it to be able to almost replace the app, so I'm hoping that the blaze will be able to have sleep and active minutes on it. Also be able to click on the stats shown on the blaze to show a chart of the day.

Really?  I have not read that anywhere....and there is way too much on the app that is not available on the Blaze, like "Friends", and the heart rate graph.  As long as the app does not go I will be happy.

Not necessarily, just what it will hopefully be able to do in the future. That's all, it will be some years till then, but I believe that it will be able to perform most functions as the app, being able to replace it for a day or two.

It said that my Blaze shipped but this is the third delivery date I've received now from Fitbit/ Fedex. The first was for 2/25, the second for 3/1 and now when I check today it's been moved back again to 3/2. It's literally stuck in a holding facility 30 mintues from my house but won't be here for another couple of days. While a day delay isn't going to ruin my day, I'm disappointed that the delivery date continues to get pushed back.

I got my UK blaze delivered today with a leather band too, setup was straight forward and under 10 minutes via phone app. I didn't use pc as I heard that there was issue. The one thing I will mention is that the large leather band is bigger than the large standard rubber which fits me Okay and yet the leather large is too large. I'll have to send it back for a small leather now

Ah, sorry about that hiccup @Mikeyb50! Didn't know you were in the UK, did you see that ludicrous display of soccer last night?

Do let us know how you like the functionality. Using iOS should be relatively straight-forward if you've used the Fitbit app in the past.

@Kmransom123 I have the first reversable version. I think this one may be waterproof as well.Smiley Happy

That's awesome! @Hutches53 how's the metal band feel on the arm? I almost got that one but went with the black leather since I have hairy arms and the links on other metal bands are always snagging hairs.

@jvincent78 It actuall doesnt feel bad, it has an aluminum feel to it. Im not sure I would run with it but it looks pretty nice to sport around in. Hopefully its a easy swap in and out of the rubber band.

Yes they are pretty easy to swap in and out. I've been doing that for my workouts. Wearing the leather band mainly and swapping to the rubber sport for running. No moveable parts to worry about wearing out over time. Pops in and out.
