Obviously, agents on the chat are not updated on what to tell customers!!! That is not good customer support!!!! If you ship one Blaze, then you should ship both at the same time!!!! It's cheaper for one reason and another you wouldn't be dealing with all these unhappy and frustrated customers!!!! Obviously, you have these in stock as I just received a reply from a girl that ordered exactly what I did and she has shipping info on her order. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

@am92097 Again, your entire order will be delivered on-time - no preorders are backordered or delayed. All that happened here is that we shipped some items early, since it was an opportunity to deliver something a little special for those customers.

 

I'm sorry if you instead found it frustrating or confusing, but you can expect to see the rest of your order arrive as expected.

@MatthewFitbit What can you tell those who didn't preorder, but happened to go to the Fitbit website yesterday, saw that the Blaze was In Stock and went ahead and ordered with Overnight shipping, noticing the promised made in the Shopping Cart page that Overnight orders placed before 11amPST would be shipped out the same day, got their card charged for full amount, but now have their Blaze stuck in "Order Processing" purgatory? 

 

(BTW Customer Service chat was worthless.)

This is great for Fitbit! Hopefully the 0-2 cents per share is wrong and it's more like 20 cents a share, that would help the struggling stock

I thought i was pre ordering my fitbit blaze this past Saturday and Sunday i got a email that my fitbit had shipped,  got it yesterday (tuesday) enjoying it so far.

Can't wait to get mine. Best Buy is still showing the order as processing with a ship date of 3/1

I ordered the plum in large. I'm on the high side of the small so to be safe I got the large. Maybe I should of went for the small. I guess I will find out in 3-4 weeks.

Oh wow!! Well I finally got email this morning that mine is shipping and I should have by Friday!!! Boy, I hope they learned from this!!!

What exactly do you hope they learned?? To not be nice again and try to surprise their customers with early shipments?? You DO know that these were not supposed to ship until March, right? Mine was supposed to be here Wednesday, but I'm not throwing a fit until march rolls around and I don't have it.

Yep!  I also got my confirmation email and it should be arriving next week!  Good timing - my Surge looks like its been through the wringer.  It will be nice to have the option to change out the bands when needed.  Look forward to hearing everyone's feedback when they get theirs!

Hm. My metal band shows shipped on 2/22, but is still hanging in that
'pending' state where shipping info has been sent to Fedex but not picked
up so no info. It still showed delivering today last night, which I doubted
as it hadn't been picked up. By comparison, my leather band shipped on 2/24
and will arrive tonight. Guess I need to contact customer service on the
metal band and see if it is lost out there. 🙂

If it makes a difference, Ingram micro mobility out of Plainfield, IN did the fulfillment for mine. Ordered on FitBit website.

@Erick or @MatthewFitbit I tried to call support and am put on hold and cut off, and live chat is failing. Can one of you check an order status if I send you the order number? It is for an accessory band and has showed label info sent to FedEx since 2/22 but is now showing 'pending' on shipping with no anticipated delivery date.

I have found that the pending status with label created really means that FedEx has not picked it up yet.

@skanelis1402: Here is what you don't seem to know: Fitbit has pretty much flogged the goodwill of many otherwise longstanding diehard, and excitedly new, customers on every product release. Many pre-order customers believe in FIFO fairness - those first to pre-order are first to receive product so someone ordering in January should receive it before someone who ordered last weekend.. Those who pre-order should receive before they see it for purchase in the big box aisle but they won't. Those who have their card charged and receive a shipping notification believe the item should be on a truck not stuck days cycling in the system. Those who order overnight delivery shouldn't have to make the case of what "overnight" means. If pre-order product is only being shipped in small batches then let everyone know upfroont and mitigate the consternation. All of this is in Fitbit's control to set expectations and minimize order and shipment mishap.

Thanks @embeefit! I suspected that was what it meant. I just got through to support and she says it will be picked up by Fedex today, but she can't tell me when it will arrive due to confidentiality reasons. I'm pretty sure that wasn't what she actually meant. 🙂
