My Blaze has stop tracking my steps.  When I woke up this morning and put my watch on it was reading 343 steps, I  shut it down and returned to it maybe 30mins later and the 343 steps were still there.  My app is reading correct but my watch isn't...do I need to return it?  HELP!!!

Hey there @StillLisa. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm a little confused with this. When you say that you shut it down, you mean that you completely turned off the tracker from the settings or you just left it sitting and you came back to it 30 mins later? If you shut your tracker down and were using it, it will not track any steps as well as if you shut it down and left it somewhere and came back to it later... Am I missing something?

If you could provide with as much detail as possible about this, I would appreciate it a lot!
