My Blaze is a brick

Woke up in the morning to find my Blaze unresponsive. Thought it was the battery so I hooked it up to charge; nothing. So I went to the forum and they suggested I try a hard reset which I did; nothing. I’m kinda bummy right now. It’s only been a year. My polar watch which I’ve had for over ten years is looking at me with silent indignation. Any help would be appreciated.

You tried holding in both the left and lower right buttons for about 15 seconds? Try it 3 times. This is a soft reset. A hard reset requires navigating the Blaze menus.

This worked!  Thanks a lot. I was just trying to figure out where I my chest strap was.
