My Blaze is not recoding sleep correctly, it is starting an hour later

Hi does anyone else have problems with their Blaze recording sleep.

Mine is saying going to sleep more than an hour after I sleep and showing me getting up over an hour before I do.

Yes.I have a similar problem. Mine always misses mid night time.

I tried resetting blue tooth by making-off-on and synchronisation.

Ian checking periodically the wrist band to ensure that it is not loose.

I uninstalled the APP and installed again , but the problem persists.

Finally I have sent e mail to customer support.

Have you resolved your issue? Mine has recorded sleep exactly 3 nights in the month that I have had it
