My Blaze is not tracking heart rate consistently during workout

Hi Annie Fitbit.

 

i am using the Blaze. also i have noticed it lags quite a bit doing exercise.

 

you say 3 fingers is that from the wrist bone?

 

also i notice it is irratting my arm and casuing a rash, also how tight shoiuld it be?

 

My weight height are all accurate in the tracker

Answering to your question, yes, the tracker should we worn three fingers above the wrist bone for more accuracy during workouts. Also, the band should be worn loose enough so that you can slip a finger in the band while you're wearing it. Additionally, make sure you clean your tracker regularly with the Wear and Care instructions

 

If you keep getting a rash after following these tips, it would be the best to contact Customer Support, and they will gladly assist you further with this.
