My Blaze is showing frozen screen

My Blaze is showing the adjust temperature on the screen when I started to charge my blaze & is frozen & I have tried to restart it a few times & it is still doing it.

A warm welcome to the Community @SHunzeker and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker is showing a temperature icon in the display, I recommend changing the environment of the tracker to a warm one. Also, please confirm you did the following to restart your device:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
