My Blaze is sick and needs help

Hi  I only recently brought my second Blaze to replace the first one which had a similar problem to one i am having now (you can see I posted a thread at the time of its dimiss), it usually stays charged for days and it constantly chats to my iphone, no problems, then today it only stayed charged for 2 hours, now it has died and its little green flashers are going crazy. I recently did the update on my Blaze.

I have followed all the steps to revive it and it has started up again but the red line on the battery dosn't seem to move of charge while I have it recharging but I am getting the watch face  to come back on  I don't know what to do now, as I have tried all the steps to bring it back again.

I Love my watch, and my Husband will go crazy if I tell him I have to buy another one.  I have dragged out all my old fitbits and trying to see if I can resirect one of them to keep me going in the mean time.

Dear fitbit support

The one you can see on my account is NOT the sick one but a previous
Blaze ( I went out and brought another one at the time this first one
failed) this one had a similar problem, I fired it back up this morning and
it seems to be working at the moment, but I am worried that it will not
last and it is asking to download the new version which I am really worried
about , as this is what caused all the problems.
I have now taken of the sick Blaze of my account and replaced it with the
Blaze classic.(the one I had previous) so it may seem like it is fixed.

The Blaze that is sick, was updating information, to my account, but there
is still no screen at all when it is out of its cradle, the green things on
the back are not firing either it is basically dead until it goes into the
cradle and you plug it into the computer then the screen comes on but the
red is flashing in the corner of it all the time.
I had done all the trouble shooting on it to no avail.
