My Blaze keeps going to sleep

I am about fed up with my Blaze which is barely a year old. It keeps going to sleep. It has done this maybe 5 times in the last week. The software is up to date, bluetooth on and battery full. I have rebooted it many times. Eventually it drags itself back to the present - but has meantime recorded no data at all. I might as well not bother having it. Occasionally I even get the ‘thermometer’ sign. Does anyone else have experience of this? No use even as a watch like this, let alone a fitness tracker.

Awesome troubleshooting

From dear @AlejandraFitbit in this thread

When getting a frozen temperate sign, you may need to go to a warmer place.

--<-@

The operating temperature for the Blaze is -4° to 140° F / -20°C to 60°C.

When not being in colder or hotter environments than the operating temperature, Since having the tracker about a year, warranty may still count (it's up to fitbit to decide).

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.
