My Blaze keeps going to the start up screen

My blaze keeps going to the start up screen and stats there for 25 to 30 minutes than works fine for about the same time it started this yesterday and was just froze on the start screen would rest and the battery died so I charged it and it was working when I first put it on but about an hour later it started again.  I did power it down and turned it back on and did a reset and it is still doing it and the battery is about dead after 10 hours of this any help would be appreciated.

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
