My Blaze "partially" connects to phone

My Blaze started having issues controlling my music and receiving notifications.  With music, I can advance and go back on songs, but I can't control the volume.  Obviously, the phone and watch are synced as I can advance to the next song and it logs steps.  With notifications, it says I'm all caught up, but I quit receiving messages.  Yes, notifications on my iPhone is turned on.  And Allow notifications is ON in my Fitbit settings, as well.  As well as my watch.  I tried going back to factory default settings.

AND NOW - I can't control the music, but can control the volume.  WTF?

It's great to see you around @Ficomusic. Regarding the notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post. Now about the music the control, please check this post, where you will be able to find some steps to follow and fix this inconvenience. Also, check if your app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Thank you for the reply. I was able to find some setting had changed.
Maybe due to a previous update or something, though I don't recall the two
(an update and my issues) coinciding. And the settings I adjusted didn't
really seem related to my issues. I did turn off and on some of
notifications. Sometimes in programming, that's enough to allow the
program read the logic and work again. Either way, it seems everything is
working.
