My Blaze stopped showing my sleep patterns two weeks ago.

My Blaze has been working great in all functions until about two weeks ago. Now I am only seeing a poor summary of my sleep, but not seeing the sleep patterns. I have gone through the Community posts  and I've noted that the posts are all from 2017 and that's two years ago. So has something been broken on a recent update?

I have been trying all the solutions but none of them have worked on my Blaze and iPhone and they don't work on my Blaze and the Dashboard on my iMac. Some update must have messed up something.

I've rebooted my Blaze a bunch of times and wore the Blaze tighter and looser on my wrist. I even changed wrist bands thinking that would work, but I cannot see my sleep patterns. It's really frustrating

Similar situation here. During last 4 out of 5 nights, only a summary of sleep data.

Reboot of the Blaze, Fitbit app, or even phone, has not effect.

What has been changed in the software ????

Mine too!  FitBit even replaced my Blaze and the new one gave me detailed sleep patterns for 7 days and then suddenly stopped for no reason. I haven’t made any changes at all but all of a sudden I’m only getting simplified sleep patterns. I’m very disappointed with the response I’ve recently received from FitBit and certainly can not recommend this device to others.

When I opened my app for the first time yesterday, it asked if I wanted to use the new refreshed app screen (which I like, hadn’t realised how dated the old one had become until I saw the new one). My blaze and the app then synced and my sleep was on the basic logging. For a full nights sleep that maybe happens for me about once every two months (other than the afternoon doze on the sofa of course). This morning I sync up and same again, basic tracking without the deep, light, rem monitoring shown. Shown as 6 hours 55 sleep when I’d been in bed about 9 hours and properly woken once from memory.

Are you guys on the new app display (iPhone in my case) because I’m wondering if the issue is related to that?

I’m not on the new app screen so that isn’t the issue, for me at least.
